The MH31903P12A2200: The MH3 is a 190 mm flange three-phase servo in the international-standard mounting footprint, paired by spec with the LXM52 and LXM62 drive families at 400 V and 480 V. Natural convection cooling and IP65 sealing put it in the panel-side / cabinet-mounted deployment class — no fan stack to derate, no washdown rating beyond incidental splash.
Torque, current and the duty envelope
Continuous torque is 65 N·m at 36.1 A stall current; the 2000 rpm nominal point drops to 37 N·m continuous because that's where the servo curve crosses the rated operating envelope. Peak stall reaches 330 N·m for acceleration transients — five times continuous — driven through a maximum Irms of 124.5 A. Sizing is straightforward: hold continuous torque with continuous current, use peak torque for accel/decel only.
Feedback, shaft and the panel-side mechanics
Feedback is multiturn SinCos Hiperface — absolute position over the full travel range, single-cable digital protocol back to the drive. The shaft is 38 mm diameter with an 80 mm length and parallel key, no brake, no second shaft end. Connection drops out of a set of rotatable right-angled connectors, useful when the cabinet harness has to land in a tight envelope behind the motor. Mounting is a four-hole pattern on 14 mm holes on a 180 mm centring collar — the IEC-standard 190 mm flange. Maximum mechanical speed is 3800 rpm; the radial load envelope runs 3300 N at 1000 rpm down to 3100 N at 4000 rpm, so a belt drive sized near the bottom of that envelope leaves headroom for belt tensioning.
