Sizing the SH3 for the load
Schneider Electric SH30552P0AA4100 is a SH3-series brushless AC servo motor with a 55 mm international-standard flange, 9 mm smooth shaft, and 154.5 mm body length (cites:, cites:, cites:). The torque envelope runs 0.75 N·m on 230 V single-phase and 0.63 N·m on 400 V three-phase / 480 V three-phase, with peak stall torque 2.5 N·m from 115 V to 480 V three-phase (cites:, cites:). Continuous output power is 530 W at 400 V and 480 V three-phase (280 W at 230 V single-phase), and continuous stall torque sits at 0.71 N·m across the three-phase range (cites:, cites:). So the part delivers roughly 530 W of mechanical shaft power at 8000–9000 rpm three-phase, but the same torque at single-phase input costs you 250 W of headroom — drive sizing on a 230 V single-phase supply has to respect the lower continuous rating, not the headline three-phase figure.
Feedback, connector, and brake disposition
Feedback is an absolute single-turn Hiperface DSL encoder — single-cable interface, no battery, absolute position retained on power cycle (cites:). The power/feedback connector is a rotatable right-angle quicklock — useful when the cabinet layout forces the cable to drop along the motor body instead of straight out the back (cites:).
Thermal envelope, IP rating, and mechanical limits

Sourcing posture for the BOM line
For a multi-axis build, hold the same shaft and flange geometry across the line — the SH3 55 mm frame is the easiest fit next to a Lexium 32 / Lexium 52 drive, and the single-cable Hiperface DSL connector drops one cable per axis off the cabinet build (cites:, cites:).
