Motor ratings across supply voltages
The SH30702M02A2100 delivers 640 W continuous power, but the nominal speed and torque shift with the supply. At 400 V three-phase it spins 3000 rpm with 2.03 Nm; at 480 V three-phase it reaches 3600 rpm at the same torque. On single-phase 230 V it runs 1500 rpm at 2.15 Nm, and on 115 V single-phase it drops to 750 rpm at 2.2 Nm. The peak stall torque is 7.6 Nm across the 115...480 V three-phase range. Continuous stall torque is 2.04 Nm at 1.5 A continuous stall current, with a maximum current Irms of 6.0 A.
Encoder and feedback — absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface
The encoder is an absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface type — this gives position and speed feedback without a home cycle on power-up, which matters on a multi-axis line where a lost position on a power bounce means a re-reference run. The SinCos analog track also gives fine interpolation beyond the digital resolution. Back EMF constant is 95.9 V/krpm at 20 °C. Stator resistance is 16.4 Ohm and stator inductance is 41.55 mH — these set the electrical time constant and influence the drive tuning gains for the current loop.
Mechanical interface and environmental sealing
The motor flange is 70 mm (2.8 in) with a 60 mm centring collar and 5.5 mm mounting holes — this is the standard IEC flange pattern for this frame size. The shaft is 11 mm diameter with a 23 mm length and a 4 mm keyway, but this variant ships with a smooth shaft (no key). If the application needs a keyed shaft for positive torque transmission, confirm the coupling or pulley fit. Cooling is by natural convection, so no external fan or coolant lines are needed.
