Active production, multi-voltage capability
The SH30703M01A1100: This SH3 frame motor delivers nominal torque that shifts with the supply: 3.05 N·m at 115 V single-phase (750 rpm), 2.95 N·m at 230 V single-phase (1500 rpm), and 2.63 N·m at both 400 V three-phase (3000 rpm) and 480 V three-phase (3600 rpm). Nominal output power follows the same curve — 240 W on 115 V single-phase up to 1030 W on 480 V three-phase. Continuous power is rated 830 W, with a continuous stall torque of 2.94 N·m across the 115–480 V three-phase range and a peak stall torque of 11.3 N·m. The continuous stall current sits at 2.1 A; maximum RMS current is 8.7 A.
Encoder, feedback, and shaft specifics
Feedback comes from an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder — the single-turn resolution is baked into the encoder, so the drive knows the rotor position at power-up without a homing move. The motor is a 3-pole design with a back EMF constant of 95 V/krpm at 20 °C and a torque constant of 1.4 N·m/A at 120 °C.
IP65, flange mounting, and connector options
IP65 protection per IEC 60034-5 on both the motor body and the shaft bushing — suitable for washdown environments. Cooling is by natural convection, so no external fan or air supply is needed. Mounting uses an international standard flange with a 70 mm square flange size and a 60 mm centring collar diameter (2.5 mm centring collar depth). The electrical connection can be either a rotatable right-angled connector or a straight connector — both are listed as options, so confirm the preferred orientation at order time.
