Speed and torque across supply voltages
The SH30703M01F1000 delivers rated speed that depends on the supply: 750 rpm on 115 V single-phase, 1500 rpm on 230 V single-phase, 3000 rpm on 400 V three-phase, and 3600 rpm on 480 V three-phase. Nominal torque also shifts with voltage — 3.05 N.m at 115 V single-phase, 2.95 N.m at 230 V single-phase, and 2.63 N.m at both 400 V and 480 V three-phase. Continuous output power follows the same pattern: 240 W at 115 V single-phase, 460 W at 230 V single-phase, 880 W at 400 V three-phase, and 1030 W at 480 V three-phase. The 830 W continuous power figure in the spec table corresponds to the three-phase supply range.
Encoder, brake, and environmental sealing
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without needing a homing sequence on power-up — the rotor position is known immediately. This matters on a machine where the axis must hold position through a power cycle. A holding brake is integrated, rated at 3 N.m holding torque. It engages when the motor is unpowered, preventing the load from drifting on a vertical axis or during an E-stop. The motor carries dual IP ratings: IP54 at the shaft bushing without a shaft seal ring, and IP65 for the motor body and shaft bushing when the seal ring is fitted, per IEC 60034-5. The IP65 rating suits washdown environments; the IP54 baseline covers dry indoor panels.
