Motor ratings by supply voltage
The SH30703M01F2200: This SH3 servo motor delivers different speed-torque-power combinations depending on the supply voltage. At 400 V three-phase, nominal speed is 3000 rpm with 2.63 N.m nominal torque and 880 W nominal output power. At 480 V three-phase, nominal speed rises to 3600 rpm with the same 2.63 N.m torque and 1030 W output. Single-phase 115 V yields 750 rpm at 3.05 N.m and 240 W; 230 V single-phase gives 1500 rpm at 2.95 N.m and 460 W. The continuous stall torque is 2.94 N.m across the 115–480 V three-phase range, with a continuous stall current of 2.1 A. Peak stall torque reaches 11.3 N.m, giving a 3.8× torque overload capability for acceleration and deceleration transients.
Encoder and feedback
The motor carries an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder. This provides position feedback at power-up without a homing sequence — the absolute position is known immediately, which saves time on multi-axis machines and eliminates the need for reference switches on each cycle. The single-turn resolution is sufficient for applications where the load does not rotate more than one revolution from the home position.
Holding brake and mechanical specs
An integrated holding brake holds 3 N.m (26.6 lbf.in) — enough to keep a vertical load from dropping when power is removed. The brake is spring-applied, power-released, so it engages on power loss. The shaft is a smooth 14 mm diameter, 30 mm long, with a 5 mm keyway. The motor flange is 70 mm square (2.8 in) with a 60 mm centring collar and 5.5 mm mounting holes.
Environmental protection
The motor body is rated IP65, the shaft bushing IP65, and the housing IP67 per IEC 60034-5. The straight and rotatable right-angle connectors give flexibility in cable routing within the enclosure or cable track.
