Motor ratings across supply voltages
The SH30703M12F1200 delivers nominal torque that varies with the supply: 3.05 N.m at 115 V single-phase, 2.95 N.m at 230 V single-phase, and 2.63 N.m at 400 V or 480 V three-phase. Nominal output power scales similarly — 240 W at 115 V single-phase, 460 W at 230 V single-phase, 880 W at 400 V three-phase, and 1030 W at 480 V three-phase. Continuous power is listed at 830 W. Nominal speed also depends on the supply: 750 rpm at 115 V single-phase, 1500 rpm at 230 V single-phase, 3000 rpm at 400 V three-phase, and 3600 rpm at 480 V three-phase. Maximum mechanical speed is 8000 rpm.
Encoder, brake, and environmental sealing
The motor carries an absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder, giving position feedback without a home cycle on power-up — relevant for applications that retain axis position across power loss. A holding brake is integrated, rated at 3 N.m holding torque. The brake holds the load at standstill; it is not a dynamic braking resistor. The motor body and shaft bushing meet IP65 per IEC 60034-5, and the housing meets IP67. That means the motor withstands hose-directed water and temporary immersion — suitable for washdown environments.
Mechanical interface and cooling
The motor uses an international standard flange with a 70 mm flange size and a 60 mm centring collar. The shaft is 14 mm diameter with a parallel key, 30 mm shaft length, and a 5 mm key width.
