The SH31001M01A1100 delivers nominal speeds that scale with the supply: 625 rpm at 115 V single-phase, 1250 rpm at 230 V single-phase, 2500 rpm at 400 V three-phase, and 3000 rpm at 480 V three-phase. Nominal torque holds between 2.52 Nm and 2.8 Nm across those same voltage lines, with continuous stall torque at 2.94 Nm and peak stall torque at 9.6 Nm — a 3.3x overload margin for acceleration events. Continuous power is 660 W, with nominal output power reaching 930 W at 480 V three-phase.
Encoder, cooling, and environmental sealing
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder retains position within one revolution on power loss — no homing cycle needed at restart for applications that stay within a single turn. Cooling is by natural convection, so the motor relies on its own surface area and airflow; no external fan or coolant circuit. IP65 protection on the motor body and shaft bushing per IEC 60034-5 means the unit withstands hose-down and airborne particulates — suitable for food processing, washdown zones, or dusty mill environments.
Mechanical interface and mounting
Mounts via an international standard flange with a 100 mm flange size and 95 mm centring collar. The shaft is 19 mm diameter, 40 mm length, smooth (no keyway). Maximum radial force is 900 N at 1000 rpm, derating to 530 N at 5000 rpm; maximum axial force is 160 N. The straight connector accepts standard Hiperface cable sets — no right-angle adapter needed for tight cable routing.
