Motor ratings across supply voltages
The SH31001M01F2000: This SH3 servo motor delivers 660 W continuous power, but the nominal output power and speed depend on the supply voltage feeding the drive. On 400 V three-phase it produces 790 W at 2500 rpm; on 480 V three-phase it reaches 930 W at 3000 rpm. Single-phase 115 V yields 210 W at 625 rpm, and 230 V single-phase gives 410 W at 1250 rpm. The nominal torque holds fairly flat across supply voltages — 2.52 N.m on three-phase supplies, 2.8 N.m on 115 V single-phase, 2.71 N.m on 230 V single-phase. Peak stall torque is 9.6 N.m across the 115-480 V three-phase range.
Integrated holding brake and feedback
Feedback comes from an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder — no homing sequence needed on power-up for single-turn applications. The rotatable right-angled connector lets you orient the cable exit to fit tight cabinet layouts.
Mounting and environmental protection
The motor uses an international standard flange with 100 mm flange size and 95 mm centring collar diameter. Four mounting holes at 9.0 mm diameter on the flange face. Overall length is 199.5 mm with a 19 mm smooth shaft, 40 mm shaft length, and 6 mm keyway. Protection rating is IP54 at the shaft bushing without a shaft seal ring, or IP65 on the motor body and shaft bushing when the seal ring is fitted — choose based on whether the application sees coolant splash or dry particulate.
