Speed-torque envelope across supply voltages
The SH31001M11A2200: This SH3 servo delivers 660 W continuous power with a nominal torque of 2.8 N·m at 115 V single phase, 2.71 N·m at 230 V single phase, and 2.52 N·m at both 400 V and 480 V three-phase. The nominal speed varies with supply: 625 rpm at 115 V single phase, 1250 rpm at 230 V single phase, 2500 rpm at 400 V three-phase, and 3000 rpm at 480 V three-phase. The peak stall torque reaches 9.6 N·m across the 115–480 V three-phase range. The motor is wound for a three-phase network and uses natural convection cooling, so the continuous ratings assume free airflow around the flange-mounted body.
Encoder feedback and environmental sealing
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without a battery-backed multiturn count — suitable for applications that need position retention through a power cycle but don't require multi-revolution tracking. The IP65 rating on the motor and shaft bushing, plus IP67 on the housing, means this motor handles washdown in food or packaging lines without an additional cover. There is no holding brake on this variant, so the load must be held by the drive's holding torque or an external brake. The straight and rotatable right-angled connector options give flexibility in cable routing within a tight cabinet.
