The nominal speed varies with supply: 625 rpm at 115 V single phase, 1250 rpm at 230 V single phase, 2500 rpm at 400 V three-phase, and 3000 rpm at 480 V three-phase. The peak stall torque reaches 9.6 N·m across the 115–480 V three-phase range. The motor is wound for a three-phase network and uses natural convection cooling, so the continuous ratings assume free airflow around the flange-mounted body.
Encoder feedback and environmental sealing
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without a battery-backed multiturn count — suitable for applications that need position retention through a power cycle but don't require multi-revolution tracking. The IP65 rating on the motor and shaft bushing, plus IP67 on the housing, means this motor handles washdown in food or packaging lines without an additional cover.
