Nominal speed and torque across supply voltages
The SH31001M11F2200 delivers nominal speeds that shift with input voltage: 625 rpm at 115 V single-phase, 1250 rpm at 230 V single-phase, 2500 rpm at 400 V three-phase, and 3000 rpm at 480 V three-phase. Nominal torque also varies by supply — 24.8 lbf·in (2.8 N·m) at 115 V single-phase, dropping to 22.30 lbf·in (2.52 N·m) at both 400 V and 480 V three-phase. The holding brake adds 9 N·m of holding torque, which keeps the load stationary when power is removed. Continuous power reaches 660 W, while nominal output power at 480 V three-phase is 930 W. The motor uses natural convection cooling, so no external fan is needed — confirm the mounting orientation allows free airflow around the housing.
Encoder, IP rating, and mechanical integration
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without needing a battery-backed multi-turn count — suitable for applications where the axis position must be known immediately after power-up. IP65 on the motor body and shaft bushing, plus IP67 on the housing, means the motor withstands washdown environments; the shaft bushing seal is the critical boundary for ingress. Mounting uses an international standard flange with a 100 mm flange size and a 95 mm centring collar. The shaft is 19 mm diameter with a parallel key (6 mm key width, 40 mm shaft length). Maximum radial force at 1000 rpm is 900 N, dropping to 570 N at 4000 rpm — plan bearing life accordingly if the load applies high side forces.
