Multi-voltage torque and speed profiles
The SH31002M01F1100: This SH3 servo motor delivers 5.62 N.m nominal torque at 500 rpm on 115 V single-phase, and 5.28 N.m at 2400 rpm on 480 V three-phase — the torque stays flat across the voltage range, but the speed ceiling shifts with the supply. The nominal output power climbs from 300 W at 115 V single-phase to 1280 W at 480 V three-phase, so the same motor frame covers a range of line voltages without a hardware change. Peak stall torque is 18.3 N.m across 115...480 V three-phase, giving you a 3.2× overload margin above the continuous stall torque of 5.8 N.m for acceleration and deceleration moves.
Brake and feedback for holding and positioning
The integrated holding brake delivers 9 N.m holding torque — enough to hold a vertical load on a stopped axis without a separate mechanical brake. Feedback comes from an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder, so the drive knows the rotor position at power-up without a homing routine — saves a move on every startup.
IP65 and flange mounting for production floor duty
IP65 on both the motor body and the shaft bushing per IEC 60034-5, so it handles washdown and airborne dust without a secondary cover. Mounts on a 100 mm international standard flange with a 95 mm centring collar and 9 mm mounting holes — bolts directly to common gearbox and machine interfaces.
