Motor sizing across supply voltages
The SH31002M11A2000 delivers 5.62 Nm nominal torque at 400 V three-phase, dropping to 5.28 Nm on 480 V three-phase. On single-phase supply, torque is 5.5 Nm at 230 V and 5.28 Nm at 115 V. Nominal speed shifts with line voltage: 500 rpm on 115 V single-phase, 1000 rpm on 230 V single-phase, 2000 rpm on 400 V three-phase, and 2400 rpm on 480 V three-phase. Peak stall torque reaches 18.3 Nm across the 115–480 V three-phase range, giving a 3.2× overload margin above the continuous stall torque of 5.8 Nm.
Encoder feedback and mechanical fit
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without a homing sequence on power-up, suitable for applications that must resume position after a power cycle. Shaft output is a parallel key with a 19 mm diameter and 40 mm shaft length. The 100 mm flange and 95 mm centring collar match the IEC standard mounting pattern. IP54 at the shaft bushing without the seal ring; upgrade to IP65 with the shaft seal ring fitted. The motor body itself is IP65-rated per IEC 60034-5.
