The SH31003M01A1200: Rated 1500 W continuous power, this SH3-series motor delivers 7.8 Nm nominal torque at 400 V three-phase, with nominal speed reaching 2000 rpm on that same supply. On 480 V three-phase, nominal torque drops slightly to 6.76 Nm while speed increases to 2400 rpm — the torque-speed envelope shifts with line voltage, so the drive's DC bus voltage sets the actual operating point. Peak stall torque is 28.3 Nm across the 115–480 V three-phase range, giving a 3.5× overload margin over the 8 Nm continuous stall torque. The 14.7 A peak current (3 s rating) matches the drive's short-term current capability — confirm the servo drive's peak current rating supports this transient draw.
Feedback and environmental sealing
Absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without a home cycle on power-up — the single-turn resolution is set by the encoder's native count, and the Hiperface protocol carries both position and temperature data over the same cable pair. The motor body and shaft bushing are IP65-rated per IEC 60034-5, with the housing rated IP67; this suits washdown environments but the rotatable right-angle or straight connector must be properly seated to maintain the seal. International standard flange (100 mm square) with a 95 mm centring collar and 9 mm mounting holes — bolts through the flange face, not the housing.
