The SH32051P12F1000: Nominal speed and torque depend on the supply voltage and phase: 750 rpm / 282.3 lbf.in at 115 V single-phase, 1500 rpm / 239.0 lbf.in at 230 V single-phase, 3000 rpm / 154.9 lbf.in at 400 V three-phase, and 3600 rpm / 122.1 lbf.in at 480 V three-phase. Continuous power ranges from 2510 W at 115 V single-phase up to 5500 W at 400 V three-phase, with 5200 W at 480 V three-phase. Peak stall torque is 973.6 lbf.in (110 N.m) across the 115...480 V three-phase range, and continuous stall torque is 326.6 lbf.in (36.9 N.m).
Shaft, brake, and feedback
Shaft diameter is 1.5 in (38 mm) with a 3.1 in (80 mm) length, parallel key, and 0.4 in (10 mm) key width — matches standard SH3 frame dimensions for coupling or pulley mounting. Absolute multitouch SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without a home cycle — suited for applications that retain position after power loss.
Enclosure, cooling, and connection
IP54 at the shaft bushing without seal ring; IP65 for the motor body and shaft bushing when the seal ring is fitted — conforms to IEC 60034-5 for washdown or dusty environments. Cooling is by natural convection — no external fan, so the motor relies on surface area and mounting flange for heat dissipation. Electrical connection options include a rotatable right-angled connector and a straight connector, giving flexibility in cable routing within the panel.
