Motor ratings across supply voltages
The SH32052P01F1100 delivers nominal torque of 61.6 N.m at 115 V single-phase, 56 N.m at 230 V single-phase, 38.1 N.m at 400 V three-phase, and 28.4 N.m at 480 V three-phase — the torque curve drops as line voltage rises because the drive current limit stays fixed. Nominal speed shifts with the supply: 500 rpm at 115 V single-phase, 1000 rpm at 230 V single-phase, 2000 rpm at 400 V three-phase, and 2400 rpm at 480 V three-phase. Nominal output power reaches 7980 W at 400 V three-phase and 7140 W at 480 V three-phase; continuous power is rated 7900 W.
Brake, encoder, and mechanical interface
The holding brake delivers 80 N.m — enough to lock the load vertically without a separate mechanical brake on most single-axis pick-and-place or palletising cells. Encoder is an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface type — no homing sequence needed on power-up; the drive reads position directly from the encoder memory. Smooth shaft, 38 mm diameter by 80 mm length, with a 205 mm flange and 180 mm centring collar — fits standard international flange patterns; four 14 mm mounting holes on the bolt circle.
Environmental protection and thermal limits
IP65 rating on both the motor body and the shaft bushing per IEC 60034-5 — the motor withstands hose-down and airborne dust in food, packaging, or woodworking lines. Maximum radial force is 4200 N at 1000 rpm, dropping to 2910 N at 3000 rpm — the bearing load limit follows the speed squared, so a belt-driven load at high speed needs a lighter belt tension than a direct-coupled one.
