Active production — what that means for a BOM line
No official successor or cross-reference is listed, so the SH32052P01F2100 is the current build-of-material target.
Speed-torque envelope across supply voltages
Nominal speed depends on the supply: 500 rpm at 115 V single-phase, 1000 rpm at 230 V single-phase, 2000 rpm at 400 V three-phase, and 2400 rpm at 480 V three-phase. The nominal torque derates accordingly — 61.6 Nm at 115 V single-phase down to 28.4 Nm at 480 V three-phase. Peak stall torque is 220 Nm across the 115–480 V three-phase range, with a 3-second peak current of 96.8 A. The continuous stall torque at the same supply range is 64.9 Nm. Continuous power is 7900 W; nominal output power varies from 3230 W at 115 V single-phase up to 7980 W at 400 V three-phase.
Encoder feedback and holding brake — closed-loop position hold
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without requiring a home cycle on power-up. This is a single-turn encoder — it tracks position within one revolution; multi-turn applications need a different encoder variant.
Mounting interface and environmental sealing
The motor uses an international standard flange with a 205 mm flange size, a 180 mm centring collar diameter, and a 4 mm centring collar depth. Four mounting holes at 14 mm diameter. The smooth shaft is 38 mm diameter by 80 mm length. IP65 protection on both the motor body and the shaft bushing, conforming to IEC 60034-5. This means the motor is dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction — suitable for washdown environments. Cooling is by natural convection; no external fan or forced air is required.
Electrical connection options
The motor ships with both a straight connector and a rotatable right-angled connector. The right-angled connector allows the cable exit to be oriented in the field, which simplifies routing in tight panels or cable trays.
