Power and speed across supply voltages
The SH32052P11F1100: This SH3 series servo motor delivers 7.9 kW continuous power at 400 V three-phase, with nominal speed of 2000 rpm. On 480 V three-phase it runs 2400 rpm and still puts out 7140 W — useful when the line voltage runs high. Single-phase 230 V drops the nominal speed to 1000 rpm and power to 5860 W; at 115 V single-phase it's 500 rpm and 3230 W. That's another SKU I don't need if your plant runs mixed voltages — this one covers them all. Nominal torque follows the same pattern: 61.6 Nm at 115 V single-phase, 56 Nm at 230 V single-phase, 38.1 Nm at 400 V three-phase, and 28.4 Nm at 480 V three-phase. The peak stall torque is 220 Nm across the 115-480 V three-phase range — that's the number to check for acceleration and emergency stop loads.
Brake and encoder — what they mean for fit
Encoder is an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface — gives position at power-up without a home cycle. Back EMF constant is 161 V/krpm at 20 °C; stator resistance 0.3 Ohm, inductance 2.95 mH. Those numbers feed the servo drive autotune routine — if the drive asks for motor parameters, these are what you enter.
Mounting and environmental sealing
Flange size is 205 mm (8.07 in) with an international standard flange pattern — mounting holes on a 14 mm diameter bolt circle, centring collar depth 4 mm. Shaft is 38 mm diameter, 80 mm long, with a parallel key 10 mm wide. Overall length 454.5 mm (17.9 in) from the mounting face to the rear connector. IP65 rating on both the motor body and the shaft bushing per IEC 60034-5. Cooling is natural convection, so no external fan or compressed air needed; keep the ambient airflow path clear.
