Performance across supply voltages
The SH32053P02F2100: Rated for three-phase operation, this servo motor delivers 10.6 kW continuous power at 400 V three-phase, with nominal torque of 50.7 N·m at that voltage. At 480 V three-phase, continuous power is 10.1 kW with 40.2 N·m nominal torque. Peak stall torque reaches 330 N·m across the 115...480 V three-phase range, and continuous stall torque is 94.4 N·m — both figures that matter for sizing the motor against high-inertia loads or short-duration overloads.
Mounting and mechanical interface
International standard flange, 205 mm flange size, with a 180 mm centring collar and 14 mm mounting holes. The smooth shaft is 38 mm diameter, 80 mm long, with a centring collar depth of 4 mm.
Encoder and protection
Absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder — no homing cycle needed on power-up; position is retained. IP65 protection on the motor body and shaft bushing per IEC 60034-5, so it handles washdown and dust in food or packaging lines. Natural convection cooling — no external fan or air supply required. Holding brake with 80 N·m holding torque keeps the load stationary when the drive is off.
Electrical parameters and current limits
Stator resistance is 0.2 Ω, inductance 2.05 mH. Torque constant is 2.84 N·m/A at 120 °C copper temperature; back EMF constant is 172 V/krpm at 20 °C. Maximum RMS current is 136.1 A, also the 3-second peak current. Maximum radial force at the shaft is 4500 N at 1000 rpm, derating to 3120 N at 3000 rpm. Maximum axial force is 740 N.
