The SH32053P11A2100: This SH3-series servo motor delivers nominal torque that varies with the supply: 84.9 N·m at 115 V single-phase (500 rpm), 74.4 N·m at 230 V single-phase (1000 rpm), 50.7 N·m at 400 V three-phase (2000 rpm), and 40.2 N·m at 480 V three-phase (2400 rpm). The 10.6 kW continuous power rating holds at the 400 V three-phase connection, where most line applications land. Peak stall torque reaches 330 N·m across the 115–480 V three-phase range, backed by a 136.1 A peak current capability — enough for aggressive acceleration profiles in indexing or cut-to-length applications.
Encoder feedback and environmental sealing
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without a home cycle on power-up — a time-saver on multi-axis lines where homing sequences stall production. The IP65 rating on both the motor body and shaft bushing (per IEC 60034-5) means washdown environments or dusty mill floors won't compromise the winding or bearing seals.
