The SH32053P11F2000 is a three-phase brushless servo motor from Schneider Electric's SH3 family (device short name SH3, sizing reference SH32053P) with an integrated absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder, so position feedback reaches the drive on power-up without a homing move — meaningful on indexing axes where a few degrees of homing travel is unacceptable. Cooling is natural convection — no blower, no liquid loop — which suits enclosed cabinets and food-area mounts where forced-air ducting is awkward, though it caps continuous output at 10600 W and ties the thermal envelope to the stator hot-spot limit of 266 °F (130 °C).
Torque and power envelope across supply rails
Holding torque is 80 N.m (708.06 lbf.in); peak stall torque reaches 330 N.m (2920.7 lbf.in) at 115…480 V three phase — a 4× overload margin that lets the drive pull the load through acceleration peaks before the thermal cutback engages. Nominal torque depends heavily on the bus the drive runs on: 84.9 N.m at 115 V single phase, 74.4 N.m at 230 V single phase, 50.7 N.m at 400 V three phase, and 40.2 N.m at 480 V three phase. At 400 V the motor still delivers 7790 W continuous into a 1000 rpm mechanical output, which is the point a packaging line designer reads: keep the supply at 400 V three phase and the SH3 plate numbers translate almost directly into line throughput. The current and torque constants let the drive's current loop be commissioned against a known Kt rather than the autotune default.

It mounts on the standard SH3 footprint — no adapter plate needed when a like-for-like replacement is on the BOM. Shaft loading is rated 4500 N radial at 1000 rpm, derating to 3570 N at 2000 rpm and 3120 N at 3000 rpm, with a maximum axial force of 740 N. These are the numbers to check against the gearhead or coupling reaction — over-running radial load on a belt drive is the most common cause of premature bearing wear.
Environment, sealing and electrical hook-up
Ingress protection is IP65 on both the motor body and the shaft bushing, with IP54 on the shaft bushing variant without a shaft seal ring — all per IEC 60034-5. That covers washdown-adjacent zones and most outdoor enclosures, but does not reach IP67 — for direct washdown jets a sealed shaft-bushing variant or shaft seal ring upgrade must be added. Electrical connection is offered both as a straight connector and a rotatable right-angled connector; the rotatable right-angle option is the one to specify when the cabinet layout would otherwise bend the cable past its minimum bend radius. Back-EMF constant is 172 V/krpm at 68 °F (20 °C), stator resistance 0.2 Ω and stator inductance 6.3 mH — with 5 motor poles, the drive's current-loop bandwidth can be set tight without hitting the volt-second limit at the rated speed.
