The SH32053P12F1000: This 5-pole servo motor delivers nominal torque that varies with the supply: 84.9 N·m at 115 V single-phase, 74.4 N·m at 230 V single-phase, 50.7 N·m at 400 V three-phase, and 40.2 N·m at 480 V three-phase. Nominal speed follows the same pattern — 500 rpm at 115 V single-phase, 1000 rpm at 230 V single-phase, 2000 rpm at 400 V three-phase, and 2400 rpm at 480 V three-phase. The continuous power rating is 10,600 W. Peak stall torque reaches 330 N·m across the 115–480 V three-phase range, with continuous stall torque at 94.4 N·m. The torque constant is 2.84 N·m/A at 120 °C copper temperature, and the back EMF constant is 172 V/krpm at 20 °C.
Encoder, brake, and feedback integration
The motor carries an absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder — this gives position feedback without a home cycle on power-up, which matters for applications where the machine must resume from a known position after a power loss. The holding brake delivers 80 N·m static torque, sized to hold the load on a vertical axis without servo current. Electrical connection options include a rotatable right-angled connector and a straight connector — choose the one that fits the cable routing in the cabinet or on the machine frame. Shaft, cooling, and environmental ratings
The shaft is 38 mm diameter with a parallel key, 80 mm shaft length, and a 10 mm key width. Cooling is by natural convection — no forced air or liquid cooling circuit needed, which simplifies installation in clean environments but means the thermal budget depends on free air movement around the motor body. IP protection is dual-rated: IP54 at the shaft bushing without the shaft seal ring, and IP65 for the motor body and shaft bushing with the seal ring fitted, per IEC 60034-5. The IP65 rating suits washdown or dusty environments; the IP54 bushing option is for drier applications where shaft seal drag is a concern.
