Switching characteristics
The SSD1A335M7C1 is a 35 A single-phase solid-state relay from Schneider's Harmony SSD1 family, switching 48–600 V AC loads with zero-voltage turn-on. The dv/dt of 500 V/µs off-state means it withstands fast voltage transients from inductive loads like contactors or small motors without false triggering. Load current range spans 0.15 to 35 A, so you can use it on light resistive loads as well as full-rated heaters. The 20 ms turn-on and 30 ms turn-off times suit general-purpose cycling, not high-speed PWM. Control input accepts 90–280 V AC/DC, picking up above 90 V and dropping out below 5 V. Green LED on the front gives a local status check.
Panel fit
Width is 22.5 mm (0.9 in), a standard single-pole DIN-rail slot. Depth 116.5 mm (4.6 in); height 93.2 mm (3.7 in). Clamping capacity on output terminals goes to 6 mm² (AWG 10), input to 4 mm². Screw terminals, torque 1.5–1.7 N.m on both control and load sides.
Compliance package includes UL 508, CSA C22.2 No 14-13, IEC 60947-4-3, and IEC 61373 for rail shock/vibration (class B, category 1). RoHS and REACH documentation is available with the shipment.
