The Schneider SSM3A325F7 is a three-phase solid state relay from the Harmony SSM3 series, rated for 25 A continuous load per phase at 48-600 V AC. Zero-voltage switching gates the load near the line zero crossing, minimizing inrush on resistive or lightly inductive loads. Control circuit accepts 90-140 V AC, drawing 15-19 mA. Off-state DV/dt is rated at 500 V/µs at maximum output voltage, giving solid transient immunity against switching noise on the line.

Installation note
Mounts on symmetrical DIN rail. Input terminals accept 0.2–1.3 mm² (AWG 24–16); output terminals accept 1.3–5.3 mm² (AWG 16–10). Tightening torque 0.6–0.7 N·m on input, 1.36–1.7 N·m on output. Green LED shows input status. IP20 enclosure. Ambient storage -40 to 100 °C.
