Overview
The TM5ACTLS100 is a Schneider Modicon TM5 marking accessory — a precut sheet of 92 legend strips, white, peel-off labels intended for the plain text cover holder (TM5ACTCH100) used on Modicon M258 and LMC058 controllers. Supplied in a box as a single unit, the sheet carries 92 individual strips that fit into the cover holder to identify I/O points, terminals, or module functions.
Each strip is peeled off the sheet and inserted into the plain text cover holder (TM5ACTCH100), which snaps onto terminal blocks of compatible I/O modules. The white background accepts hand-written or printed legends for field marking without adhesive residue on the module itself. The 92-strip count covers a full rack of modules in a typical Modicon TM5 station, allowing consistent labeling across discrete, analog, and counter slices.
Applications
This label sheet is used during panel build-out and commissioning of Modicon M258 and LMC058 control systems, where clear terminal identification speeds wiring verification and reduces fault-finding time during startup.
