The VW3A9903 is a ready-assembled IP54 base plate designed for Schneider Electric ATV61 and ATV71 variable speed drives. For a BOM that still calls out VW3A9903 — and many installed ATV61/ATV71 cabinets do — the supply channel is independent distribution.
