Schneider Electric XB7NA15341 is a flush white push-button from the Harmony XB7 family, designed for 22mm panel cutouts with 1NO+1NC contacts, spring return operation, and screw clamp terminals. It carries UL 508, CSA C22.2 No 14, IEC 60947-5-1, and JIS C8201-1 standards, making it a globablly accepted control component. The positive opening NC contact (per IEC 60947-5-1 appendix K) ensures welded contacts are mechanically forced open—critical for safety circuits. Rated IP65 on the front face, IP20 on the rear; suitable for hose-down areas as well as clean dry cabinets.
The 1NO+1NC slow-break contacts are rated 0.3 A at 240 V AC-14 and 0.1 A at 250 V DC-13—these are the switching limits for resistive/motor pilot duty. For lower-power signals (e.g., 5 mA at 17 V), the electrical reliability lambda ≤ 10⁻⁶ assures a very low failure rate. Mechanical durability is 1000000 cycles; electrical durability is 1000000 cycles for certain loads, including 0.3 A at 24 V and 0.09 A at 240 V. Mounting hole is Ø22.5 mm (Ø22.3 +0.4/0 per IEC 60947-1); fixing nut torque range is 17.7…21.2 lbf·in (2…2.4 N·m). Tighten screw terminals to 7.08…10.6 lbf·in (0.8…1.2 N·m).
This monolithic product includes slow-break contacts, short-circuit protection via a 4 A gG fuse, and operates from -25°C to +70°C (storage -40°C to +70°C). Vibration resistance is 5 gn (2–500 Hz); shock resistance is 50 gn for 11 ms half-sine.
