The XB7NA21343 is a 22 mm round flush pushbutton from the Harmony XB7 family — a single-pole normally-open slow-break contact with black operator and spring return. It mounts through a 22.5 mm panel hole (22.3 +0.4/0 per IEC 60947-1) and secures with a fixing nut torqued to 17.7–21.2 lbf·in (2.0–2.4 N·m) on metal panels 1–6 mm thick or plastic panels 2–6 mm thick. The front face carries IP65; the rear terminals are IP20.
Ratings that matter for the route
Mechanical life is rated 1 million cycles; electrical durability is also 1 million cycles under DC-13 (0.3 A at 24 V) and AC-15 (0.09 A at 240 V, 0.03 A at 230 V) per IEC 60947-5-1 appendix C. That means in a control circuit driving contactors or relays, this button will outlast a lot of line-side equipment before its first replacement. Rated operational current: 0.1 A at 250 V DC-13, 0.22 A at 125 V DC-13, 0.3 A at 240 V AC-14, 0.6 A at 120 V AC-14. Insulation voltage Ui 250 V. Positive-opening operation (only on NO? — yes) ensures contact opening even if welded, per IEC 60947-5-1. Vibration resistance 5 gn (2–500 Hz) and shock resistance 50 gn (11 ms half-sine) — built for machinery floors and conveyor lines. Operating temperature –25…70 °C.
Terminals and wiring
Screw-clamp terminals accept 1 x 0.34…2 x 2.5 mm² without cable end. Tighten to 7.08–10.6 lbf·in (0.8–1.2 N·m). Accepts JIS No 1, Philips No 1, Pozidriv No 1, and flathead (4 mm or 5.5 mm) screwdrivers. Short-circuit protection: 4 A cartridge fuse gG. One NO contact pair marked 13-14. Spring-return operator means push-to-make, release-to-break. The product is monolithic — one-piece assembly for fast panel install.
