Washdown and mounting
Mount the M18 threaded barrel with a locknut for secure alignment. The 2 m bare-wire cable exits axially; plan for a drip loop if the sensor faces upward. PPS body and nickel plating hold up under hot caustic cleaning. For hygienic zones, position the sensing face flush with the mounting bracket to avoid crevices.
