The 1FL2310-2AC01-1HB0 is a SIMOTICS S-1FL2 servomotor rated 3.5 kW at 400 V 3AC supply, with a rated speed of 2000 rpm and rated torque of 16.7 Nm. The standstill torque (M0) is 18.1 Nm, which defines the holding torque at zero speed before thermal derating applies. This motor is designed to pair with the SINAMICS S200 drive series — the matching drive selection governs the current loop tuning and the feedback interface. The 17-bit AS (absolute) encoder provides single-turn position feedback without a homing cycle at power-up.
IP65 enclosure and shaft configuration
IP65 protection class with an oil seal means the motor body and shaft seal withstand direct hose-down and oil mist exposure — suitable for machine-tool coolant environments and washdown zones where ingress protection is required. The shaft key and tolerance N (normal) are standard for positive torque transmission without interference fit. No holding brake is fitted on this variant — the load must be held by the drive's holding brake or an external mechanical brake when the drive is disabled. The angular connector exits at 90° to the motor axis, reducing the cable bend radius in tight cabinet layouts.
