It is designed for stand-alone installation and mounts in any position, sized for the S0 contactor frame.
The 30-36 A adjustment window covers motor full-load currents in that band — set it to the nameplate FLA, and the Class 10 trip gives you 10 seconds at 600% of the set current before the bimetal opens the NC contact. That's fast enough to protect a standard induction motor during a locked-rotor event without nuisance-tripping on normal starts. Rated operational voltage is 690 V AC at 50-60 Hz, with an insulation voltage of 690 V at pollution degree 3 and a rated surge withstand of 6 kV. That puts it solidly in the 400/480 V panel range with headroom for 690 V systems. Main terminals accept 2x (0.5-1.5 mm²) solid/stranded or 2x (0.75-2.5 mm²), with a tightening torque of 2-2.5 N·m. Auxiliary terminals take 2x (0.5-1.5 mm²) or 2x (0.75-2.5 mm²) as well. AWG equivalents are 2x (16-12) and 2x (14-8) for mains, 2x (20-16) and 2x (18-14) for aux. Dimensions are 97 mm high, 45 mm wide, 95 mm deep. Side clearance to grounded parts must be at least 6 mm. It withstands 8g / 11 ms shock per IEC 60068-2-27 and is rated for installation up to 2000 m altitude. Auxiliary contact draw at 24 V is 2 A, at 110 V is 0.22 A, and at 230 V is 2 A. Per-pole power loss is 3.2 W.
This relay is sized for the S0 contactor frame. It can be installed stand-alone. Width is 45 mm.
