The Siemens SENTRON 3VA2125-0KQ36-0AA0 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) rated for 25 A continuous current, using the ETU860 electronic trip unit. It's designed for line protection in distribution panels, with a breaking capacity of 440 kA at 415 V and 187 kA at 690 V — numbers that tell you it handles high-fault scenarios without cascading upstream.
The 25 A continuous rating is the load it carries indefinitely at 40 °C ambient — and it holds that same 25 A all the way up to 70 °C (–), so no derating curve to worry about in a warm panel. That ground-fault function is built in, not an add-on module.
At 690 V it still clears 187 kA. For selectivity studies, the ETU860's adjustable I²t curves let you coordinate with downstream breakers.
Dimensions are 105 mm wide, 181 mm high, 86 mm deep — standard 3-pole MCCB footprint for DIN-rail or screw-mount panels. Operating range is -25 °C to 70 °C, storage from -40 °C to 80 °C. Power loss is just 0.5 W — negligible for thermal budgeting.
