What the 24 V rating means for your panel
The 3VU2932-4DB4: The 24 V coil is a standard control voltage across industrial panels — it pulls from the same 24 VDC bus that powers PLCs, relays, and contactors. When the coil is de-energized (by an E-stop, safety relay, or PLC output), the release mechanism mechanically trips the 3VU2.4 or 3VU2.5 breaker. No separate power supply needed if your panel already runs a 24 VDC bus; just confirm the coil draw fits within the bus capacity. The shunt release mounts directly into the accessory slot on the breaker face, so the panel layout stays unchanged.
