The Siemens 5SL4113-7CC is a 1-pole miniature circuit breaker from the Basic Devices family, rated 13 A with a C trip characteristic and a 10 kA breaking capacity at 230/400 V AC. The C-curve (5–10× In) means it handles moderate inrush from small motor or lighting loads without nuisance tripping, while the 10 kA SCCR tells you it can safely interrupt a fault current up to that level on a 400 V line — enough for most commercial and light industrial panelboards.
