It provides both overcurrent protection (C characteristic, 32 A rated current) and residual current protection (Type A, 30 mA sensitivity) for a single-phase 230 V AC circuit.

Panel integration and DIN-rail fit

Occupies a single 18 mm DIN-rail module width. The 1P+N form factor switches the line conductor only; the neutral bar passes through the residual current transformer and is disconnected on the neutral busbar side when the device trips. Spring-cage terminals accept 0.75–25 mm² conductors. In a distribution board, plan for the neutral tail to reach the neutral busbar — the RCBO's neutral terminal is on the same side as the line terminal, not at the far end of the module.
