The 10 A rating holds at 30 °C ambient; it derates to 9.1 A at 40 °C, 8.7 A at 45 °C, 8.3 A at 50 °C, and 7.8 A at 55 °C. In a crowded distribution board with multiple RCBOs ganged, the effective current per pole drops — size the downstream load against the derated figure for the enclosure's internal temperature, not the nameplate 10 A. The device occupies 7 modular width units (126 mm wide) and installs 70 mm deep into the panel. Snap-on DIN rail mounting, any orientation. IP20 applies only when the distribution board is closed and conductors are connected — no exposed terminals during operation.
