It breaks faults at 10 kA per IEC/EN 60898-1 and 15 kA per IEC 60947-2, with the same 15 kA rating at DC per IEC 60947-2. The neutral pole is switched, so you get full isolation on all four poles — no exceptions.
The 10 kA breaking capacity at 400 V AC is the rating under IEC/EN 60898-1, which covers domestic and light commercial installations; the 15 kA rating under IEC 60947-2 applies in industrial panels where the prospective fault current is higher. That 15 kA also holds at DC, so the same part works in DC distribution up to 60 V or 72 V max.
