Derating and ambient conditions
The 32 A rating holds at 35 °C; above that, the continuous current must be derated: 29.82 A at 40 °C, 28.67 A at 45 °C, 27.46 A at 50 °C, and 26.21 A at 55 °C. If your panel ambient runs at 50 °C, the effective rating drops about 14% — plan your load margin accordingly. The operating temperature range spans -40 °C to 75 °C, with humidity limits of 95% up to 55 °C, tapering to 35% at 75 °C. Vibration resistance per IEC 60068-2-6: ±1 mm at 5 to 25 Hz and 50 m/s² at 25 to 150 Hz. This covers the typical vibration profile of industrial machinery — motor starters, conveyor panels, and machine-tool enclosures.
Panel integration and compliance
Polarity must be observed on DC circuits — the device is not polarity-agnostic. The 1-pole design does not switch the neutral conductor. Product designation per IEC 81346-2 and DIN EN 61346-2 is letter F (protective device).
