What it is on the BOM line
The ABB ACS880-07-0302A-5+C129 is the cabinet-built variant of the ACS880 low-voltage drive platform, ordered here with the +C129 option code for the assistant control panel. It comes back as a part number in the Motor Drives line (Motors & Motor Controls › Drives › Motor Drives) and the +C129 suffix is what tells the configurator which HMI ships on the door, so the BOM line reads as a single order code rather than a drive-plus-accessory split. The assistant control panel is the commissioning interface — the chunky detachable keypad that snaps onto the door of the -07 cabinet, not a touchscreen. On the ACS880 family it handles first-start wizard, parameter upload/download, and the fault log, so specifying +C129 against the wrong variant (e.g. industrial+ Bluetooth panel) is the kind of error a panel builder catches at FAT, not at SAT.
