AC Drives (VFD)

About AC Drives (VFD)

AC drives (VFDs) control the speed and torque of three-phase AC induction or permanent-magnet motors by varying output frequency and voltage. Common sub-types include low-voltage (230/400/480 V) general-purpose drives, micro and sensorless vector drives, regenerative and active front-end units, and high-horsepack enclosures for industrial panels.
