Overload relay for A-Line contactors
The TA25DU6.5 is a 3-pole thermal bi-metallic overload relay with an adjustable current range of 4.5 to 6.5 A, Trip Class 10, and selectable manual or automatic reset. It is designed for use with A-Line series contactors in the A, AE, AL9 through A, AE, AL40 frame sizes. Trip Class 10 means the relay will trip within 10 seconds at 600% of the set current — standard protection for standard-start induction motors driving pumps, fans, and conveyors where acceleration time stays under a few seconds. The selectable reset mode lets a panel builder wire the relay into either a manual-reset safety circuit (common on hazardous-zone equipment) or an automatic-reset line where remote restart is acceptable.
Panel integration
Mounts directly onto the matching A-Line contactor — no separate DIN-rail footprint needed. The thermal element shares the contactor's line-side power path, so the only control wiring is the reset-circuit connection. Verify the contactor frame size (A/AE/AL9 through A/AE/AL40) before specifying.
