The TA25DU19 is a thermal bi-metallic overload relay from Eaton's A-Line series, rated for 13-19 A adjustable current range with Trip Class 10 protection. It's a 3-pole NEMA-type device, designed to bolt onto A/AE/AL9 through A/AE/AL40 frame contactors for motor branch-circuit overload protection. Selectable manual or automatic reset gives the panel builder flexibility: auto reset for remote or unattended sites, manual for local restart after a fault.
Mounts directly to the contactor's power terminals — no separate wiring between contactor and overload. The A-Line family shares a common footprint across the 9-40 A frame range, so swapping in a different current rating means pulling the overload, not the whole starter stack. Panel layout stays tight.
