Panel fit and processor headroom
The Delta DOP-110CS HMI touch panel uses an ARM Cortex-A8 MCU at 800 MHz, with 256 MB of RAM and 256 MB of Flash ROM. Resolution is 1024 x 600 pixels on a TFT display with LED backlight, which gives readable detail for machine status screens and alarm lists at arm's length. The IP65 / NEMA4 / UL Type 4X front rating means the panel face withstands washdown splashes and dust ingress — but the 'indoor use only' qualifier on the Type 4X listing means it's not built for direct outdoor sun or freezing startup.
Environmental limits and panel integration
Voltage endurance tested at A500V for one minute between the DC24 charging terminal and FG terminals — a standard dielectric strength check for the power supply isolation. No surprises for panel builders wiring 24 VDC control power.
