The Delta VFD015V43A-2 is a VFD-VE series AC motor drive rated 1.5 kW (2 HP) on a 3-phase 380 V input, delivering 0~480 V output at 4.2 A and 0~600 Hz. It carries a 150% overload for 1 minute and 200% for 2 seconds — enough headroom for a conveyor start or a short-duration load spike without tripping.
Control and performance
Five control modes are on board: basic V/f, V/f with PG feedback, sensorless vector control (SVC), flux-oriented control with PG (FOC+PG), and torque control with PG (TQR+PG). The V/f curve is adjustable across four independent points plus a square-curve option — useful for pump or fan applications where you want to match the load torque profile. Speed control range hits 1:100 with sensorless vector, and up to 1:1000 when a PG card is fitted. Speed response is 5 Hz standard, 30 Hz under vector control. Torque accuracy is ±5%, and the drive can limit torque up to 200% of rated current.
Frequency and acceleration settings
Output frequency is settable from 0.00 to 600.00 Hz with a digital command accuracy of ±0.005% and analog command ±0.5%. Acceleration and deceleration times are programmable from 0.00 to 600.00 seconds (or 0.0 to 6000.0 seconds in the extended range). Frequency setting signals accept ±10 V, 4~20 mA, or pulse input.
