The SOOE-DS-R-PNLK-T is a diffuse-mode photoelectric sensor from the SOOE series, using a red LED to detect objects up to 1 m away. That 1 m range means it works well for presence detection on conveyor belts or part-present verification in assembly stations — the sensor sees the target by the light reflected off it, so no separate reflector is needed. The push-pull output handles both sourcing and sinking loads up to 100 mA, which simplifies wiring into most PLC input cards or relay coils. It switches in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes, so you can configure it for either detecting an object or detecting its absence without changing the hardware.
The housing is 11 mm wide, 44.5 mm tall, and 21.5 mm deep — a compact footprint that fits tight spots on machine frames or conveyor rails. It terminates via an M8 plug connector, so you can pre-wire a cable assembly and swap the sensor without opening the panel. The IP65, IP67, and IP69K ratings mean it handles washdown environments and high-pressure cleaning, which makes it a good fit for food-and-beverage lines or outdoor installations where hose-down is routine. Operating temperature spans -40 °C to 60 °C, so it also works in cold storage or freezer areas.
