This SRBS-Q12-25-E270-EP-1-S-M8 is an angular Hall Effect position sensor built for Festo's DRVS Size 25 rotary drives. It reports rotation over a 270° electrical angle, powered from 10 to 30 V, and puts out up to 50 mA through its M8 plug — enough for a PLC input or a simple indicator. The 300 mm pigtail is pre-wired, so you land the M8 connector at the drive and run the cable to your controller.
IP65 and IP68 ratings cover washdown and temporary submersion. The screw mounting bolts directly to the drive face; no adapter plate needed. The 270° electrical angle covers almost a full turn, suitable for rotary actuators that do not need continuous rotation feedback. Operating temperature from -20 to 70 °C covers most factory-floor environments, though if your route takes you near an oven or a hot bearing housing, keep it below 70 °C ambient.
