The AJ65VBTCE3-16D is a CC-Link remote I/O station supplying 16 DC inputs via sensor-connector (e-CON) format. It sits on the CC-Link network as a single-station slave, drawing 35 mA or less from the 24 VDC bus when all points are ON. The input circuits are photocoupler-isolated, rated 24 VDC with a 14 V ON threshold and 3.5 mA ON current; off-threshold is 6 V, 1.7 mA. Response time is 1.5 ms or less from OFF to ON and ON to OFF.
Integration Note
Mount within a control panel rated for pollution degree 2 or less, at an elevation up to 2000 m. The unit withstands 500 VAC between terminals and ground for 1 minute and meets JIS B 3502 / IEC 61131-2 for impact (147 m/s² three times per axis). Storage temperature range –20 to +75 °C; operating range 0–55 °C.
