CC-Link analog input slice
The Mitsubishi AJ65VBTCU-68ADVN is a CC-Link remote device station that brings eight analog voltage inputs onto the network. Each channel converts -10 to +10 V (or 0 to 5 V, 1 to 5 V) to digital values in 1 ms, with a 0 to 4000 or ±4000 range depending on the input type. It draws 0.10 A from the 24 VDC unit power supply, which lets you budget the panel PSU without surprises.
Mounting and wiring realities
The unit lives inside the control panel (IP 1XB). All field connections go through one-touch connectors sold separately — a common approach to keep wiring clean on a 41 mm wide, 115 mm tall module. The CC-Link side uses Ver.1.10 compatible dedicated cable (FANC-110SBH, FA-CBL 200PSBH, or CS-110). Occupies 3 stations in Ver.1 mode or 1 station with extended cyclic setting (4 times) in Ver.2 mode.
