The Mitsubishi AJ65VBTCU-68DAVN is a CC-Link remote device station (Ver.1 or Ver.2) that provides 8 channels of isolated analog voltage output. It accepts digital input values from -4096 to +4095 and converts them to one of three user-selectable ranges: -10 to +10 V, 0 to 5 V, or 1 to 5 V. Conversion speed is 1 ms per channel, suitable for real-time control loops. The unit draws 0.15 A from a 24 VDC supply (20.4–26.4 V, ripple ≤5%), and its inrush current is 4.3 A for less than 1.2 ms. Ambient operating range is 0 to 55°C with ±0.3% accuracy across that band.
Output ranges and resolution
Each range has a dedicated digital-to-analog scaling: the -10 to +10 V span maps to -4000 to +4000 with a resolution of 2.5 mV per LSB. The 0 to 5 V range covers 0 to 4000 counts at 1.25 mV/LSB, and the 1 to 5 V range also covers 0 to 4000 counts but at 1 mV/LSB. The absolute maximum output voltage is ±12 V, with built-in short-circuit protection. Isolation between the communication system and the analog output is via photocoupler; the power supply is transformer-isolated from the output. Channels are non-isolated from each other.
