The AJ65VBTS32-32DT is a CC-Link remote I/O station from Mitsubishi's AJ65 series, carrying 16 DC inputs (plus common type) and 16 transistor outputs (sink type). It operates on 24 VDC with an allowable range of 19.2 to 26.4 V on the input side and 20.4 to 26.4 V for the unit power supply. Each output is rated for 0.5 A per point, with a per-common limit of 4 A. The station draws 50 mA or less from the 24 V supply when all points are ON. Input resistance is about 4.7 kΩ, with an ON threshold of 14 V / 3.5 mA and OFF below 6 V / 1.7 mA. Protection is via photocoupler isolation, with a zener diode surge suppressor on the outputs. The spring-clamp terminals accept trapezoid 3-wire type for inputs and 2-wire for outputs, with 16 points per common.
Lifecycle & Sourcing Reality
The CC-Link bus uses Ver.1.10 compatible cable (FANC-110SBH, FA-CBL 200PSBH, or CS-110). Ensure the master is also Ver.1.10 or backward-compatible to avoid communication mismatches.
Panel Integration & Wiring Notes
Inputs are grouped 16 points per common (spring clamp trapezoid 3-wire type). Outputs are 16 points per common (spring clamp trapezoid 2-wire type). Surge suppression is built-in via zener diode per output. Withstand voltage between DC external terminal and ground is AC 500 V for 1 minute. Insulation resistance is 10 MΩ or more at 500 VDC. The unit meets JIS B 3502 and IEC 61131-2 for impact resistance (147 m/s², 3 times in each axis).
